Quotes and work

Any quote we provide is based on the scope discussed and inspected at the time of quoting. Variations, change of scope, or undisclosed site conditions may affect price and timing. All work is performed under NSW Contractor Licence 235669C.

7-year guarantee

Our 7-year workmanship and structural guarantee covers work performed by Opcon Builds and is in addition to any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Full terms of the guarantee are provided with your written quote.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Opcon Builds is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
